Although we collect reference check and background check authorization forms when we send you the official CRAB application, we do not contact references until after the interview process. Background checks are not processed unless an offer is made.

Although CRAB accepts out-of-state candidates, all employees are required to work on-site in Seattle. If you live out-of-state (or in-state but far from Seattle), please confirm in your cover letter that you understand the on-site work requirement and/or are willing to relocate.
